Heard. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner seeks direction against Respondent No.1 to put the Petitioner in possession of an alternate land allotted to him by implementing the order passed by the Collector, Raigd in January 2018 within a time bound schedule (Exhibit-A). He further submits that thereafter he made representations dated 27.02.2013 (Exhibit-C) and 11.03.2003 (Exhibit-D) to the concerned Authority i.e. Collector for allotment of an alternate land.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has also made representations (Exhibit-E) and 26.05.2014 (Exhibit-G). Basavraj Gurappa Patil He submits that all these representations are pending for decision on its own merits with the concerned Authority.

905.6118.16-wp.doc The learned AGP for the Respondent State, after taking instructions from the concerned officer who is present in court, makes a statement that they will decide the Petitioners' representations within four months from today. The statement is accepted. In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with directions to the Respondent to decide the Petitioner's representations, as early as possible within four months from today and communicate the decision, in writing, to the Petitioner. No order as to costs.
