The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondents has informed the Court that Sangli, Miraj, Kupwad Municipal Corporation has decided to give TDR to the Petitioners in view of Plot No. 398 reserved for playground. He further states that the process of executing and granting TDR will be completed within a period of 180 days. The learned Advocate for the Respondents submitted that simultaneously after completion of execution of documents TDR will be granted by the Municipal Corporation to the Petitioners. The learned Advocate for the Respondents has tendered a letter dated 16 th January, 2020 addressed to him by the Mr. M.A.Mulla, Assistant Director, Town Planning to the said efect. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. Pg 1 of 2

The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners are willing to accept the TDR ofered under the said letter dated 16th January, 2020 and hand over possession of the reserved land to the Sangli, Miraj, Kupwad Municipal Corporation. The statement is accepted. 3.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions, is not pressing the prayers sought in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
