DATED :- JUNE 26, 2015 P.C. :- After having heard both sides, I am of the view that sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay in filing the Review Petition. The delay is condoned. However, the Applicant shall pay costs to the contesting Respondent, namely, Respondent No. 2 Smt. S. A. Maniyar quantified at Rs.10,000/-, within a period of two weeks from today. All consequences of non payment of costs would follow including initiation of proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
