This is an application for further modification of condition of attendance imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail. 2.

The original condition imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 14.01.2015 has already been modified by an order dated 20.01.2016 and the applicant was directed to attend the office of CBI, BSFC, Mumbai on every first and third Saturday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. except on the dates which the Aarti Palkar 1/2

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is sincerely complying with the conditions for last more than two years and the said condition may be modified. 4.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the applicant hereinafter is directed to attend the office of CBI, BSFC, Mumbai on every first Saturday of every third month of the calendar year i.e. once in a three months on first Saturday of the said month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. except on the dates on which the applicant is required to attend the Trial Court. 5.
