This is an application received through jail for expeditious hearing of case No.12 of 2011 pending on the file of Dindoshi Court No.12. Mr. Yadav, the learned APP for the State upon instructions submits that 9 witnesses have been examined and 41 witnesses are yet to be examined. Considering that the crime was registered in year 2010, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to decide the case as expeditiously as possible in any event within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of this order.

The professional fees of Mr. Ujwal Gandhi who was appointed to represent the applicant, are quantified to the tune of Rs.1,000/- and the same be paid to him within two months. 3.
