In view of the order passed by this Court on 15th March, 2023, medical certificates issued by Psychiatrist, New Mumbai Municipal Corporation Hospital in respect of appellant - Manjubai Babu Bhagat and respondent No.2 - Mr. Kondiram Bemtya Patil have been tendered. It has been certified that both are mentally sound. The certificates are taken on record.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the dispute has been amicably settled between the appellant and respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4, in view of the consent terms entered into between them. Learned Counsel for the appellant has tendered consent terms. The same are taken on record and marked X for identification. The parties have been duly identified by their respective Counsel. 3.

In view of the said compromise, learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the First Appeal against respondent No.1 and 5 to 12. As such, the First Appeal stands disposed of, as withdrawn, in view of the consent terms. 4.

A decree be drawn in view of the consent terms. 5.

The appeal stands disposed of.

In view of disposal of the First Appeal, pending Interim Applications stand disposed of.
