This is an application for restoration of I.A.No.1781/2021 which was filed for releasing the Applicant on bail during pendency and final disposal of Criminal Appeal No.20 of 2020. The order dated 27/01/2022 mentions that, if a spare copy was not supplied within a period of two weeks from that date, the interim application was to stand dismissed for want of Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

prosecution. A spare copy was not supplied and, therefore, I.A.No.1781 of 2021 stood dismissed.

It appears that the Respondent No.2 is now served and she had requested for assistance of a legal aid counsel. Shri. Pranot Pawar, learned Advocate is appearing for the Respondent No.2. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the bail application can be considered on merits of the matter. Therefore, I am inclined to allow this application.

Hence, the order:

O R D E R

i)The Interim Application No.1780 of 2022 is allowed.

ii)The Interim Application No.1781 of 2021 in Criminal Appeal No.20 of 2020 is restored to its original file.

iii)Place the I.A.No.1781 of 2021 in Criminal Appeal No.20 of 2020 on board on 30/11/2022.

iv)The Interim application No.1780 of 2022 is disposed of.
