1] The order impugned herein is an interlocutory order passed by the respondent No.1 granting stay to the order passed by respondent No.2 inter-alia granting registration certificate dated 25th November 2014 to the petitioner-society. The main appeal preferred by the respondent No.3 is pending on the file of the respondent No.1 for final adjudication.

2] In view thereof, the respondent No.1 is directed to conclude the hearing of the said Appeal No.29 of 2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the present order. Till the decision of the said appeal, the interim relief granted by the order dated 24th June 2015 shall remain in force.

3] Petition is, accordingly, disposed off in above terms. 4] In view of disposal of the Petition, nothing survives in the Civil Application and is, accordingly, disposed off. [A.S. GADKARI, J.] 2/2
