The grievance of the petitioner is that a proposal for approval to his appointment to the post of peon was forwarded by 3rd and 4th respondents to 2nd respondent -Education Officer on 02/07/2007 - Exhibit 'D', but till date, the said proposal has not been considered and no decision about the approval to the 1/2

Having regard to the aforesaid grievance, we dispose of this Petition by directing 2nd respondent - Education Officer to consider and take appropriate decision on the said proposal dated 02/07/2007 - Exhibit 'D' submitted by 3rd and 4th respondents to him as expeditiously as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, Writ Petition is disposed of.

Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order. 6.
