Heard learned Counsel for the applicant in this application for restoration of earlier dismissed application for leave to file appeal. Said leave application was dismissed on 5.12.2014. Present application is allowed for the reasons mentioned in the application. The earlier dismissed application No.484 of 2013 is restored to the file and same is stand over to 31st August, 2015 to be taken along with connected Appeal No.308 of 2015.
