1] This is an application for extension of time to comply with the procedure for submission of surety. By an Order dated 15.2.2016, the applicant was directed to be released on bail and to comply with condition of furnishing surety within four weeks from the date of his release from jail.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that his client has already submitted documents before the Trial Court and the process of verification is going on and it will take about four weeks to complete the said procedure. 3] In view thereof, the period to furnish surety is hereby extended by six weeks from today, as a last chance.
