The learned APP. on instructions of the Investigating Officer submitted that, in pursuance of the order dated 26.4.2016 the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer and co-operated during the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that, after taking into consideration the role attributed to the applicant in the present crime, his custodial interrogation is not necessary. In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 26.4.2016 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. till the filing of the charge sheet. 2) Application is allowed in the aforesaid term.
