The petitioner is the encroacher over the Government property. In anticipation of the allotment of plot, they have not only encroached upon the Government property but also have raised permanent construction there. The attempts made to remove encroachment over the plot of land, have been stalled by the petitioner.

In the circumstances, no relief can be claimed under the equitable jurisdiction exercisable by this Court. The petition is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
