Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the Respondent No.1 - Bhagwan Nimba Talware, who appears in person, have tendered the Consent Terms entered into between the Petitioners and Respondent no.1 -

2/2 6-wp.4456.2015aw.caw.2716.2015.doc Bhagwan Nimba Talware. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioners as well as the Respondent No.1, who appears in person. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked `X' for identification. 2.

The Respondent No.1 when asked whether he has gone through the contents of the Consent Terms, answers in affirmative. He states that he is agreeable to what has been stated in the Consent Terms and has no grievance whatsoever.

Learned AGP has also taken pains to explain the contents of the Consent Terms. Learned AGP states that the Respondent No.1 has no objection to what has been stated in the Consent Terms. 4.

The Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, Civil Application No.2716 of 2015, does not survive and the same is also disposed of. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
