DATED : 15th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- On 2/5/2022, the applicant was admitted to interim pre-arrest bail with C.R.No.22/2022 registered with ACB, invoking Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. As a condition of release, the applicant was directed to report to the Investigating Officer, and it is informed that he had abided by the said condition.

The learned APP Ms.Takalkar state that the applicant has rendered all his co-operation with the Investigating Officer and even his house has been searched and voice sample has been obtained in the wake of the accusations faced by him, of raising a demand.
