This disposed of Writ Petition is listed under the caption 'for direction'. Since the order dated 27 March 2018 of learned Single Judge of this Court grants eight weeks time for the Labour Court, Satara, to decide the matter, it is not possible to extend the time for a period of six months which is sought by the learned Judge of the Labour Court vide letter dated 27 August 2018. Hence, the time is extended for a period of eight weeks from the date this order is placed before the learned Judge of the Labour Court, Satara. (A.A.
