The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Patil on instructions of the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to raise the challenge raised in the above Petition as regards the jurisdiction of the Collector to entertain the application for disqualification at the appropriate time in the event the proceedings are ultimately decided against the Petitioner. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to state that the contentions of the parties have not been gone into in the present Petition. Since the above Petition was pending in this Court, the proceedings before the Collector may commence after a period of 10 days i.e. after 1-7-2015.
