These applications are moved for relaxation of condition (ii) of the order dated 9.7.2014 in bail application Nos.710 of 2014 and 715 of 2014. As per the said order, by condition No.(ii), the applicants were directed to attend the office of the investigating agency on every alternate Monday between 1pm to 3pm till the conclusion of trial against them. 1 / 2

The learned Counsel for the applicants/accused submits that the applicants are working in police department and they are at present posted at Udaipur, Rajasthan and, therefore, it is not possible for them to travel between Mumbai and Udaipur on every alternate Monday in a month. He submits that instead, they may be directed to attend the office of the investigating agency at Jodhpur and that is to be only once in a month.

Mr.Shinde, learned Counsel appearing for the CBI, submits that CBI has no objection if this arrangement is made. 4.

In view of the submissions of the learned Counsel for both parties, condition No.(ii) of the order dated 9.7.2014 is relaxed and substituted as follows:

(ii) The applicants shall attend the office of the investigating agency at Jodhpur on first Monday of every month between 1pm to 2 pm, till conclusion of the trial against them. 5.
