Learned counsel for applicant submitted that this Court by it's order dated 12/4/2018 in ABA No.595/2018 has protected co-accused Ajit Ahir, Milind Ahir and Anil Ahir, who are real brothers of applicant and had contended that role attributed to applicant and other co-accused is similar and has thus, contended that applicant be protected. 3.
It is case of prosecution that whenever prosecutrix used to return from school along with her minor friends applicant along with other co-accused harass them by coming there on their motorcycle and use to touch them inappropriately on their head and whistled towards them. However, prosecutrix did not disclose said fact till 27/12/2018 when there was quarrel amongst applicant, other co-accused and their parents with complainant. Learned APP further while opposing the application had referred to statement of Kshitij,brother of prosecutrix and had contended
rsk 2/2 913-ABA-758-18.doc that as per his statement applicant wanted him (Kshitij) to speak to prosecutrix to marry applicant. However, except for this the case of applicant is at par with that of other co-accused who are granted anticipatory bail.

Considering involvement of applicant as aforesaid, following order is passed:
ORDER
i) In the event of arrest applicant, he shall be released on bail on his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount;
ii) While on bail applicant shall attend Investigating Officer as and when called till filing of charge-sheet;
iii) Application is disposed of as allowed.
