Heard. This Application is for allowing the Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment in the cause title of the Second Appeal by providing correct address of some of the Respondent and for direction to the Registry to issue notices to the Respondent on correct address.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) which read thus:

(A) to allow the Applicants to carry out amendment with respect to addresses of Respondent No.1(iv)(a) to 1(iv)(c) as mentioned in cause title of this Application in Memo of Second Appeal No.364/2013 and direct registry to issue notices of Second Appeal No.364/2013 to Respondent Nos.1(iv)(a) to 1(iv)(c) on new addresses.

b) In addition to usual mode of service, the Applicant is directed to serve Respondent Nos.1(iv) (a) to 1(iv)(c) by way of private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before next date.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
