Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply for approval of additional divisions for the next academic session and the competent authority - respondent no.4, be directed to consider and take appropriate decision in this regard.

In view of the aforesaid, prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the present writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to apply before respondent no.4 for grant of additional
