Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks his enlargement on bail in connection with C. R. No. 24 of 2010 registered with the Boisar Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 396, 397 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 3(25) of the Arms Act as well as the provisions of the MCOC Act. 3.
Learned APP states that the trial has commenced and that four witnesses have been examined till date. Considering the fact that the trial has commenced, it is not necessary to go into the merits of the

Accordingly, the Application stands rejected. Since the trial has commenced and since the case is of the year 2010, the learned Judge shall decide the said case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within one year from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
If for no fault of the Applicant, the trial does not conclude within the said period, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Application.
