The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the Civil Application No.54 of 2014 which has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the Review Petition. The said Civil Application No.54 of 2014 has been rejected on account of the non-appearance of the Advocate on 14.02.2014. The reasons for the non-appearance of the Advocate are mentioned in the above Civil Application. Since none had appeared for the Respondent at the time of the dismissal of the said Civil Application, the need to serve the Respondent is obviated. Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application the same is allowed. Resultantly, the Civil Application No.54 of 2014 is restored to file.
