After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Respondents for redressal of its grievances that the impugned notification is not justified. 2.

Having regard to the aforesaid prayer, we allow the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Respondents with cogent material in respect of grounds raised in the Petition.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Petition stands disposed of.
