Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant wife is seeking to vacate the stay order dated 13.06.2017 passed by this court in Civil Application No.60/2016 for non payment of maintenance charges. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that today only he has received letter dated 22.06.2018 from the Advocate for the Appellant stating that the Appellant is ready and willing to clear the entire arrears of maintenance charges on or before 21.07.2018. Said letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
