This Application is moved for modification of the order in operative clause nos. 2(A) and 2(B) of the order dated 23rd February, 2016 by which the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Thane has allowed the Bail Application. In clause 2(A), the applicant/accused is directed to attend the office of Assistant Police Commissioner, Vartak Nagar Vibhag, Thane on every alternate day and the applicant/accused wants relaxation of this condition. 3.
The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that he would approach the learned Sessions Judge for relaxation of this condition, as he has not approached the Sessions Court. 4.
Hence, the relaxation of clause 2(A) is not pressed and liberty is granted to go before the Sessions Court.

In condition no. 2(B) of the said order, the applicant/accused was directed not to interact, contact Municipal officers, enter into Municipal Corporation except for attending meetings.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is a Corporator and he needs to interact with the Municipal officers to solve the issues in the Ward which are taken up before the Corporation. The learned counsel therefore prays for relaxation of this condition. 7.
Learned APP submits to the order of this Court. 8.
Considering the submissions of the parties, condition no. 2(b) is deleted and the following condition is substituted therein: "The accused shall not directly interact or contact or pressurize the Municipal Officers, who are the witnesses in the matter except at the meetings."

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
