By this Application, the Applicant has sought extension of time to furnish surety and modification of condition contained in paragraph 4(ii) of order dated 20/04/2022 in Bail Application No.1238 of 2022 along with connected cases.

Heard Mr. Rahul Gaikwad, learned counsel for the Applicant, Ms. Dhuru, learned counsel for CBI and Mr. M.G. Patil, learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions 1/2

By order dated 20/04/2022, this Court had granted provisional cash bail of Rs.50,000/- for a period of two weeks subject to furnishing one or two sureties each to the like amount within the said period of two weeks. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has not been able to arrange for sureties. He, therefore, seeks extension of time to furnish surety and further states that the Applicant may be permitted to furnish two or more sureties. 4.

In view of the reasons stated in the Application, time to furnish surety is extended by two weeks. Condition contained in paragraph 4(ii) of the order is modified to the extent that the Applicant shall within the said period of two weeks, furnish PR bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with one or more sureties each in the like amount. 5.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
