The Appellant has not brought the legal heirs of Laxmi Krishna Bhandigare. Alongwith praecipe, he has placed on record Death Extract of Laxmi Krishna Bhandigare. It appears from the Death Extract, Laxmi Krishna Bhandigare was died on 27/09/2008. According to the Appellant, he and 3 (three) others are the legal heirs of deceased Laxmi Krishna Bhandigare. According to him, none are bringing the legal heirs of deceased on record. This Appeal stands abated.
