Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant in all the criminal applications. The applicant is complainant in criminal cases decided by the Metropolitan Magistrate. Respondent No.1 was convicted for the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. His appeals have been dismissed.

In the present criminal applications, the respondent no.1 has deposited 30% of the cheque amount in each of the case. The Applicant seeks to withdraw the said amount. Since the criminal revision applications are pending and they are being contested, such a prayer cannot be granted.

All the above criminal applications are rejected. (JUDGE) .....
