Challenging the order dated 12th April, 2017 (Exhibit "N") passed by the Collector, Satara, the Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

We find that against the said order the remedy of Appeal is available to the Petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority. Vishal Parekar 1/2

In the circumstances, with liberty to the Petitioner to avail the remedy of challenging the impugned order before the Appellate Authority, we dispose of this Petition. 5.

In view of the fact that there is interim order passed by this Court on 25th April, 2017, we extend the said interim order for further period of four weeks from today enabling the Petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority and seek interim order in accordance with law.

All contentions are kept open.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the proceeding as may be filed, the proposed intervener Raju Dattatray Sankpal will be added as party-Respondent. 8.

With the aforesaid, Writ Petition as also the Civil Application stands disposed of.
