Learned counsel for the Appellants in Appeal From Order No. 235 of 2014 submitted that, the parties herein have amicably settled the matter and tendered across the bar 'Consent Terms' dated 11th December 2019. The 'Consent Terms' are duly signed by the Appellant No.1-Jitendra Balraj Kathuria, Appellant No.2-Indra Balraj Kathuria, Respondent No.1Manoj Balraj Kathuria and Respondent No.2-Poonam Manoj Kathuria. Their signatures have been duly identified by their respective Advocates. The said 'Consent Terms' are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings mentioned in the 'Consent Terms' are treated as undertakings given to this Court.
