The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the orders dated 12th June, 2015 and 15th January, 2016 thereby rejecting the applications of the petitioner for starting D.ED College and also rejected the Appeal.

It is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner has removed all the shortcomings and is having necessary infrastructure for starting the D.ED College. 3.

Be that as it may, the requirement is that, the Institute must have all the facilities while making the application. Admittedly, while making the application all the requisite facilities were not available. In any case, the Academic Session 2016-17 is already over and the Academic Session 2017-18 is also in the midst of a year. In that view of the matter, we dispose off the petition with liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh for Academic Session 2018-19 and point out all the compliance made by him to the authorities concerned.

Needless to state that, if such an application is made by the Academic Session 2018-19 the respondent, Authority will consider the facilities as provided by the petitioner.
