2/2 4 appp 469 of 2018.doc for Leave to Appeal No. 607 of 2013, which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court on 19th March, 2018. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant has fairly submitted that due to his ill-health he could not remain present in the Court and in that eventuality, application came to be dismissed. In that view of the matter and for the grounds mentioned in the paragraph 3 of the application, same is liable to be allowed. Hence, Criminal Application for Leave to Appeal No. 607 of 2013 is restored on the file of this Court.
