The petitioner's caste verification claim is pending before the Respondent Committee since the year 2010. Earlier this Court had remanded the matter to Committee on three occasions. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Vigilance Officer should have approached a private institution for going through the record

2/2 wp4499.15.sxw in respect of 'Helavi' caste. The said request was rejected. 4.

We have heard the submissions of learned Counsel Shri Joshi. He submitted that since the year 2010 the petitioner has been successful in delaying adjudication of caste claim. We do not express any opinion on the same.

We direct the Committee to dispose of the Caste Verification Claim of the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of order of this Court on its own merits. With aforesaid observations and directions, Writ Petition is disposed of.
