The writ petition arises out of refusal to pass an order on an application for speaking to the minutes of order dated 2 February 2023.

According to the petitioner, the purpose of filing an application below Exhibit 27 was to grant no-objection for applying fresh passport; however, while passing order learned Sessions Judge granted no-objection for renewal of passport. He, therefore, filed an application for speaking to the minutes. 3.

In such contingency, the learned Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay shall decide the application for speaking to the minutes as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
