1) The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 26.4.2016 the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer and joined the process of investigation.

2) The record reveals that the applicant is aged about 79 years as of today. In view of the statement made by the learned APP and in view of the age of the applicant the interim relief granted by an oder dated 26.4.2016 is hereby confirmed, however, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigation Officer as and when called for till filing of the charge sheet. 3) It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the police station the Investigation Officer shall issue a notice to the applicant under Section 160 of the Cr.P.C. 4) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
