5-FCA-25-2021.doc undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted. It is submitted that the parties are residing separately since 2009 as reflected in the Consent Terms. It is submitted that there is no likelihood of reconciliation between the parties. There shall be an Order in terms of the Consent Terms. The marriage solemnized between the parties on 26th April 2006 shall stand dissolved by mutual consent by a Decree of Divorce under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
