The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the orders all dated 24.04.2015 passed by the District Co-operative Election Officer and Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, by which order the Appeals filed by each of the Petitioners came to be dismissed. The Appeal was directed against the non-inclusion of the Petitioners name in the voters' list. The Appeal has been rejected for the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 5 and 6 of the impugned order. In so far as the election to the Respondent No.1 society is concerned, the election programme is at the last stage, and what remains of the election programme is only voting to take place on 05.05.2015. Hence, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is dismissed. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
