The petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of subject plot/property. It is submitted that in the year 2014 the Tehsildar, Panvel had given instructions to take entries in respect of subject lands in the name of certain tribal persons. It is submitted that necessary orders are required to be passed to protect the title and possession of the petitioner. 2.
