At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks permission to travel abroad from 19.04.2018 to 28.04.2018 to meet his daughter who lives in the USA.

Perused the papers. The Applicant was granted pre-arrest

bail by this Court ( Coram : Smt. R. P. SondurBaldota, J. ) Vide Order dated 08.08.2013 passed in ABA No. 818 of 2013 on certain conditions including the condition that the Applicant shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court. Thereafter, the Applicant was granted permission to travel abroad on two occasions, vide Order dated 26.08.2014 passed by this Court ( Coram : Mrs. Mridula Bhatkar, J. ) in Cri. Appln. No. 572 of 2014 in ABA No. 819 of 2013 and vide Order dated 08.08.2016 passed by this Court ( Coram : P. N. Deshmukh, J. ) in Cri. Appln. No. 610 of 2016 in ABA No. 819 of 2013. The Applicant intends to travel abroad again from 19.04.2018 to 28.04.2018. It is not in dispute that earlier the Applicant has travelled earlier and has not misused his liberty.

Considering the aforesaid, the Application is allowed on the following terms & conditions :-

O R D E R

(i) The Applicant is granted permission to travel to USA from 19.04.2018 to 28.04.2018;

(ii) The Applicant shall furnish his itinerary and address of his daughter and the place where he will be staying in USA to the investigating officer before his departure;

(iii) On his return to India, the Applicant shall inform the fact of his returning to India to the investigating officer. 6.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
