Mr. Sawant, learned counsel for the petitioner, makes a statement that he is restricting the petition to the relief claimed in prayer clause (c). The statement is accepted. 2.

The prayer clause (c) reads as follows:

"(c) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate direction to the respondents thereby directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to decide the representation dated 1st April, 2015 made by the Petitioner to the Respondents forthwith and most preferably within two weeks from the date of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court;"

Mrs.Thakur, learned AGP for the State, has no objection, if the relief claimed in prayer (c) is granted.

In the light of the above, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by passing the following order : 1.

The respondent No.2 is directed to decide the petitioner's representation dated 1st April, 2015, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit O", page 110 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's claim and the respondent No.2 shall decide the petitioner's said representation independently on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In order to enable the respondent No.2 to comply with the aforesaid directions, the petitioner shall remain present before him on 12th February, 2018, at 11.00 am along with copy of the said representation as well as copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.

All concerned to act upon a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Registry of this Court.
