This matter is moved by way of praecipe dated 02.05.2019 for withdrawal of the Petition on the ground that consent terms are filed by the parties before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai in M.J.Petition No.A-746 of 2013. The praecipe is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

Ms Rathi has tendered consent terms dated 24.10.2018 filed in Petition No.A-746 of 2013 duly singed by the parties before the Marriage Counsellor. The same is taken on record and marked 'B' for identification. In view thereof, she seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. 4.

On the motion made by Ms Rathi, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
