This is an application received from jail for expeditious hearing of Spl. MCOC No.356/2013 pending before MCOC Court, Shivaji Nagar, Pune.

Mrs. Mulekar, learned APP has submitted that the applicant is facing trial in 62 cases, out of which he is convicted in 5 case, 28 cases are pending trial and that he has been acquitted in 28 cases. 3.

Considering the fact that the applicant is otherwise undergoing sentence of imprisonment in other cases and the pendency in MCOC Court, I do not find it appropriate to give any directions as prayed. Hence, the application is dismissed.
