1) The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of an Order dated 26/4/2016, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates and has co-operated in the process of investigation. He further, on instructions, submitted that the applicant was arrested by the investigating agency and now has been released on bail and the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary for further investigation. He submitted that the investigation pertaining to the present crime is practically completed. 2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 26/4/2016 is hereby confirmed.
