Mr. Vyas, learned Advocate for Petitioner submitted that, he tried to contact Petitioner on several occasions however there is no positive response for the same. He submitted that, he also issued intimation letter dated 17th February, 2023 to the Petitioner however it could not be served as the Petitioner has moved from the said address. Mr. Vyas expressed his inability to assist this Court for want of instructions.

It appears that, Petitioner is not interested in pursuing present Petition.
