C.:- 1) At the outset, learned APP submitted that, the Petitioner is reported to be absconding and the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 15th Court, Goregaon, Mumbai has issued warrant against him on 8th October, 2022 in Sessions Case No. 73 of 2017. 2) As the Petitioner is reported to be absconding, we are not inclined to exercise our extraordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in his favour. 3) Learned counsel for the Petitioner expressed his inability to proceed with the hearing of the Petition for want of instructions. 1/2
