Admittedly, the Managing Committee of the Respondents is changed. The Learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that he was earlier instructed by the earlier Managing Committee and has now not received any instructions from the new Committee. The newly elected Secretary is present in Court. In response to a query raised by this Court, whether he is represented by any Advocate, he has answered in the negative. The draft amendment is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Amendments in terms of the draft amendment

The newly appointed Secretary now tenders a copy of the Resolution dated 10th October, 2017 passed by the present Managing Committee resolving that the Society shall reinstate Mr. Pravin Ramchandra Suryarao and Mr. Ansari Arif Hussain M. Shakil as Head Master and Assistant Teacher respectively, with full back wages. In view thereof, the Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners on instructions from the Petitioners who are present in Court seeks to withdraw the above Writ Petitions. The above Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed off as withdrawn.
