DATED : 13TH APRIL, 2016 P.C. :- We have perused the report of the J.M.F.C. Court, No.8, Pune. The petitioner is one of the accused in Regular Criminal Case No.335/1988 arising out of C.R.No.487/1988. It seems that non bailable warrant (NBW) was issued against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the NBW has now been cancelled. We find that the petitioner is now to remain present in the Court. The trial Court shall proceed with the matter on merits in accordance with law. In the light of this, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not press the petition.
