By this application, the applicant has sought to stay the operation of the order dated 31/07/1993 in Miscellaneous Application No.703/1986. By order dated 17/02/1995, this Court had already observed that in view of the undertakings contained in the affidavit dated 10/02/1995 filed by the respondent Ramesh Vaman Apte, no order is required to be passed in this Civil Application. 2.

In the light of this order, Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed of.
