This Petition takes exception to the order dated 02.04.2019 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mumbai in Civil Miscellaneous Application No.49 of 2019 staying the further proceedings of P.A.No.532 of 2019. That application was filed by the respondenthusband for transferring the proceedings from Court Room No.3 of the Family Court, Mumbai to any other Family Court, Mumbai.

Mr. Naik, on instructions, states that respondent 1/2

WP4835_19.doc husband is withdrawing the transfer petition. Statement made by Mr. Naik, on instructions, is recorded. 4.

As the transfer petition itself is withdrawn, challenge to the order dated 02.04.2019 does not survive and the Petition is disposed of accordingly. The stay granted by the learned Principal Judge stands vacated. Order accordingly.
